Tri State Foliage, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information processed through our internal inventory synchronization tool (“Software”) used to connect WooCommerce with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

1. Information We Collect

The Software may access the following types of business data:

  • Product SKUs, names, and stock quantities from your WooCommerce store
  • Inventory levels and product details from your QuickBooks Online account

No personal customer data, financial account numbers, or payment information is collected or stored by this Software.

2. How We Use the Information

The Software uses collected data exclusively for:

  • Comparing inventory quantities between WooCommerce and QuickBooks
  • Syncing adjusted quantities from WooCommerce to QuickBooks

We do not share, sell, or transmit this data to any third party.

3. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data processed by the Software, including:

  • OAuth 2.0 secure authentication with QuickBooks Online
  • Use of secure HTTPS protocols for all API communication
  • Local-only plugin execution on the authorized WooCommerce environment

Access tokens are stored securely on your WordPress site and are not exposed to public users.

4. Data Retention

The Software does not store or retain any synced data beyond what is necessary for operation. Token credentials and mapping metadata are stored only for as long as the integration is active.

5. Third-Party Services

This Software connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit’s APIs. Use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s own Privacy Policy, available at:

6. Your Choices

Since this is an internal tool, access is limited to authorized company personnel. If at any point you wish to remove your QuickBooks connection or stored tokens, please contact the administrator.
