Dan started Tri State Foliage in 1985 with the goal of providing the highest quality plant material for the interiorscape market. Building on 50 years of industry experience, Dan visits Florida every other month to hand-select the best plants available.
Bryan grew up in the family business and is active in industry organizations such as American Hort. He believes that the key to a successful business lies in building lasting relationships with valued partners.
Alex began working with Tri State Foliage at the beginning of 2023. He brings experience with horticultural production, distribution, and sales along with skills in e-commerce and information systems management.
Cathy is married to Dan, and has been with Tri State since 1985. She is in charge of accounts payable. Cathy is a retired nurse. She has ten grandkids, and enjoys spending time with them and traveling with Dan.
Anna is married to Bryan, and has been part of the business off and on for several years. She has recently taken a part time position in HR. She has a degree in nursing, and enjoys travel and spending time with her three children.
Jessica has been with Tri State Foliage since 2016. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications. Jessica lives in Hartwell with her husband, Jason, dog, and two children.
Nancy has been at Tri State Foliage since February 1998. She currently resides in Bright, Indiana. Nancy enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and 5 grandchildren. Her pastimes include gardening, outdoor activities and reading.
Keith grew up in Northern Kentucky and brings years of customer service, management, and logistics experience. He lives in College Hill with his wife and enjoys traveling, concerts, and football (both types).
Maddy is a graduate of Ohio State and Cincinnati State. She has over 7 years experience as an executive chef and continues to share her passion through culinary education.
Carson has 38 years of experience in the industry. In 1982, he received his degree in botany from Miami University of Ohio. He lives in Dillsboro, Indiana, with his wife and three children.
Rachel assists with the unpackaging of plants, and maintaining a healthy plant environment in our various greenhouses.
Jacob manages the loading dock and facility maintenance from boilers to head lights, and drives box trucks as needed. Jacob is also an avid rock climber.
Phil does local and Dayton, OH, deliveries every week. He also helps unload and load plants on trucks.
Darrell came to us with many years of experience in logistics. Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, he now resides in Colerain Township with his girlfriend and 2 dogs; Ziggy, a Golden Doodle, and Tyson, a Pitt/Terrier.
Tim primarily delivers to Louisville, KY, and the Indianapolis / Bloomington, IN, areas.
Jim is a retired tractor trailer operator for UPS, or as he calls it BIG BROWN. Jim primarily delivers to the Nashville, TN, region, and occasionally pulls a trailer for TSF during the spring season.
Pat alternates with his brother, Jim, to deliver to the Nashville, TN area. He also helps out with additional delivery routes during our peak season.
Bev’s primary route is Columbus, OH, but she also occasionally picks up other routes when needed.
